by Nancy Doherty, RYT, to help golfers with:

All are key points to a golfer's game.
One of the key pieces of equipment used in
a golf game is the golfer's own body. Doherty teaches The PROGRAM,
a combination of Pilates, physical conditioning, yoga and
breathwork through which golfers condition their bodies and
focus their minds.
It is estimated that 50% of golf related
injuries may be prevented by a consistent conditioning program.
And, if injury does occur, estimates indicate healing time
is reduced from 40% to 70% for those involved in a golf conditioning
program.
